Luke Combs Has a Cold Beer Calling His Name Celebrating #1 Collab With Jameson Rodgers

Country music stars Luke Combs and Jameson Rodgers have a number one hit single on their hands and are ready to celebrate. How does a pair of country music singers rejoice over a number one hit song? With a nice, cold beer, of course.

The brand new hit is appropriately called “Cold Beer Calling My Name” and it is one of the hottest songs in the country right now. The single appears on Jameson Rodgers’ latest album “Bet You’re From a Small Town,” and features Luke Combs providing additional vocals. The song is currently number one on Billboard’s Country Airplay Chart and continues to gain steam among country music fans. It is the second number one hit for Jameson Rodgers, a rising star in the country music industry.

Last year, he put out the single “Some Girls” that also rose to occupy the top spot on the Country Airplay Chart. Luke Combs is also no stranger to number one hit singles. Songs like “Hurricane” and “Forever After All” have been chart-toppers for the singer.

Earlier this week, Luke Combs took to social media to congratulate Jameson Rodgers on his second number one song. In the tweet, Combs says he is happy to be a small part of his success.

“Congrats to my buddy Jameson Rodgers on his second number one song!” Luke Combs says in the social media post. “Thankful to be a small part of it. Gonna be many more where that came from no doubt in my mind. Thanks to the fans and country radio for this one. I think I can hear one of those cold beers now as a matter of fact.”

Luke Combs and Jameson Rodgers Create Hit Song

While Jameson Rodgers has yet to reach Luke Combs’ status as a country artist, he appears to be well on his way. Speaking with Billboard about his hit song, he says achieving a second number one hit is a “dream come true” for him.

“I moved to Nashville to write songs, hoping that one day I could write a hit for myself,” the rising country says. “A dream came true for me this week. I can’t believe this is my second No. 1 song.”

In case you have yet to hear the song or watch the official music video, Outsider has you covered.

Rodgers also took to social media earlier this week to shout out Luke Combs for his help in creating this number one hit single. He also thanks country music fans for supporting his music.

“Hey Luke Combs, we’ve got the number one song in the country brother!” Rodgers says. “I owe ya one for singing with me on this one! Thanks again to the fans and country radio for making this happen. Love y’all!”
