The couple that fishes together stays together. Country singer Luke Combs is enjoying the great outdoors with his wife Nicole. Together, the two hit Montana for a fishing excursion.

Combs shared some absolutely stunning photos of the Montana landscape. As “Yellowstone” fans know, Montana is rich with natural beauty and scenic locations to take photos. Combs appeared to be enjoying himself at a waterway near a breathtaking mountain range.

On Instagram, Combs captioned the photos, “Alright Montana, I’m in. Great times with great folks.”

Combs married Nicole last August after being engaged since 2018. The two married in an intimate ceremony on the beach in Florida. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple had to keep things a small affair for the time being.

“At the end of the day, that ended up not mattering because it was still really beautiful and it was really everything that I wanted it to be, but I also want to be able to give her that thing that she spent so much time doing,” Combs had said. Nicole recently overcame the COVID-19 virus herself, describing the experience as brutal.

Luke Combs Enjoys Hunting and Fishing

In addition to fishing, Combs also enjoys hunting in his free time. He’s particularly fond of turkey hunting but is down to hunt a variety of animals. Back in 2018, Combs partnered with fellow singer Luke Bryan for a hunting expedition. The two ended up going turkey hunting, but they mostly just drove around and listened to music together.

“We ended up going, and we got one! We must have been hunting for five or six hours, just driving around,” Combs told Country Countdown USA. “He’s a great guy, he gave me a lot of great advice, and we listened to a ton of great songs.  Just demos of different people’s tunes. I love doing that.  Just threw tunes back and forth. It was a decent drive down there. It was cool to pick his brain about stuff. We talked about what old music we love. It was awesome. Lot of music, lot of hunting, it was a cool day.”

Perhaps, Combs and Bryan can get together for a fishing trip as well. He’s pretty good at fishing himself.
