Luke Combs is having the kind of week that most people only dream of. On Wednesday, he took home his first CMA Entertainer of the Year trophy. However, the way his career is going, it’s probably the first of several that will one day line his shelves. Additionally, Combs dropped a new music video and debuted the song during the awards show. Now, he has announced his first-ever headliner stadium tour. Combs will hit three NFL stadiums in 2022.
In a press release, Luke Combs shared his thoughts on the events of the past week. “This week has been a whirlwind – got to debut a new song on the CMAs, release the song and music video to my fans, and announce three stadium shows at NFL stadiums. Talk about a week! It will be hard to top this one.”
This announcement isn’t just great for Luke Combs and his fans, though. Combs isn’t tackling these massive studio dates by himself. He’s bringing along some of the best rising stars that country music has to offer. Cody Johnson, Zach Bryan, and Morgan Wade will support him on the upcoming tour.

Combs on Country Music
Wednesday, Luke Combs dropped “Doin’ This,” a personal reflection on his career and his passion for the music he plays. Talking about the song, he said, “This song means a lot to me personally. Not to recite the lyrics, but for me, it’s truly about playing country music for a crowd, whether that’s 70 people or 70,000 people, and playing country music with my buddies in the band. It really doesn’t matter where we’re playing or how many people we’re playing for because it isn’t about the fame, the fortune, the name, or the glory. It’s about getting to make and play country music.”
