Even Miranda Lambert can join in on a celebratory beer… or eight after her performance at the 2021 ACM Awards.

Hell, all we did was watch, and we did the same thing. Ask us how we feel. The answer is pain. We feel pain.

But on the bright side, misery loves company. So let us pour Miranda Lambert a water as she joins this hangover party.

After Miranda Lambert and Elle King kicked off the festivities with “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home),” Lambert did just that.

Although Lambert appeared in a pre-recorded duet with Chris Stapleton singing “Maggie’s Song”. Furthermore, Jack Ingram, and Jon Randall, joined Miranda Lambert to beautifully sing “In His Arms” at the Ryman.

Miranda Lambert Gives Shoutout

The 37-year-old Texas native took the time to thank all her “favorite” artists she performed with.

“A recap of @acmawards. I woke up this morning (with a headache but totally worth it) feeling thankful I get to sing country music with some of my favorite artists & people. Thanks @ellekingmusic @chrisstapleton  @jonrandallmusic @jackingram for sharing your stage with me.”

Miranda Lambert creates a string of tweets, first thanking Morgane Stapleton, Chris Stapleton’s wife, for letting her fill Stapleton’s role.

“Morgane Stapleton, we missed ya. Stepping in for @morganwithane … that’s some big boots to fill. I hope I did you both proud on Maggie’s Song. One of the best songs of all time.”

Next, Lambert gives a shout-out to her loving husband, Brendan McLoughlin. The two tied the knot in 2019. McLoughlin, who is from New York, gets a subtle hint about how he looks in the south.

“And Brendan, thanks for always standing by my side. Love you babe. Nashville looks good on you.”

Finally, Miranda Lambert thanks her styling team for her “epic” look.

“PS: gittin’ to wear jeans, boots & my cowgirl hat all night was epic! Fave red carpet ever.

2021 ACM Awards

Miranda Lambert was nominated for Female Artist of the Year, Single of the Year (Bluebird), Song of the Year (Bluebird), and Video of the Year (Bluebird) at the Academy of Country Music Awards last night. Although she didn’t take home any trophies, she is still a winner in our book.

Cheers to that! Let’s have another one to combat this Monday, Miranda.
