This summer, musicians were finally able to get out on the road and play shows. It seemed like just about everyone went on tour a few months ago and have been soaking in the love from concert crowds since then. However, international travel is still a little dicey. As a result, not many artists are heading across the pond to play. The year is drawing to a close, though, and many artists are optimistically preparing for 2022. For instance, Miranda Lambert announced earlier today that she’ll be heading to Europe to rock three cities next year.

Miranda Lambert took to Twitter to share the exciting announcement with her fans. She’ll be part of the Country to Country Festival next year. To help get her fans across the pond excited for the big event, she shared some photos of the last time she was there along with an image containing the 2022 lineup. It looks like it’s going to be a great show.

In the caption, Miranda Lambert said she was adding a “few memories,” from the last time she was in Europe. Then, she added, “I’m so excited to let y’all know that I’ll be back in March 2022.” In fact, she’ll be one of three artists headlining the international festival.

Darius Rucker and Luke Combs are among the other stars that will join Miranda Lambert on her journey to Europe. Fans will also be able to see Brett Young, Ashely McBryde, Flatland Cavalry, Kip Moore, and many more during the C2C Festival in 2022

More About Miranda Lambert’s Upcoming Festival Appearance

Miranda Lambert and the other artists playing Country to Country will get to experience three different European cities in as many days. The festival takes place in London, UK; Glasgow, Scotland; and Dublin, Ireland.

Country to Country is Europe’s biggest country music festival, according to the official website. AEG Europe and SJM Concerts created the festival in association with the Country Music Association. Every March, America’s biggest country music stars travel to Europe to play for eagerly waiting fans.

The festival is built on 3s. There are three lineups, three cities, and three nights. So, each lineup plays a city one night, then moves on to the next one. They rotate every night, so fans in all three cities have the chance to see all of the acts on the bill.

Next year, Miranda Lambert, Luke Combs, and Darius Rucker will head up the three lineups. It will be the first time that Lambert has played the festival since 2016. Additionally, it is her second time playing C2C as well as her second time headlining.

Tickets for the 2022 Country to Country Festival go on sale this Friday, September 17 on the festival’s website. Tickets from 2020’s canceled festival are valid for the upcoming event.
