Country music singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert doesn’t hide the fact that she loves dogs. Being a dog owner is quite a thrill for her.

Lambert shows off the love she has for her own dogs in a Tik-Tok video. It opens up with a shot of two dogs anxiously waiting for the door to be open, barking with lots of joy. Husband Brendan McLoughlin puts his key into the door and, once open, they run right out to Lambert for some petting.

Once it opens, they run to greet Miranda Lambert and give her a lot of love.

Miranda Lambert Spoils Her Dogs With Christmas Gifts

It did not miss Lambert’s calendar that Christmas is a time to give gifts. When it comes to her dogs, throw out the budget because she’s going to spoil them silly.

“My pups got their Christmas presents early,” she shared in a Twitter post. “A few of the new toys from the MuttNation line at Tractor Supply.”

The MuttNation line actually comes from Lambert’s own organization she founded in 2009. Miranda Lambert founded the organization with her mother due to her love for animals and dogs in particular. Its mission is to make sure that as many dogs as possible could have a safe, happy place to call home.

Last year, when Lambert married McLoughlin, she made it abundantly clear the importance of love for animals. “I was like, ‘Hey, if you don’t like dogs, that’s kind of a deal-breaker,’” Miranda Lambert said according to iheartdogs.com. “He actually loves the dogs to death.”

Lambert Looks Back On Her Hit ‘The House That Built Me’

In Lambert’s country music career, one of her biggest hits is “The House That Built Me.”

“The House That Built Me” quickly became Lambert’s fastest-rising single when it released in 2009. The third single off her third album “Revolution,” the song was also her first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country charts.

A slow, emotional song, it looks back upon a difficult eight-year period in Miranda Lambert and her family’s lives that included homelessness and despair.

The country star and her family resorted to staying with family and friends until they found an old, run-down house that they could afford. They all lived in one room while slowly fixing the home together — adding windows, doors, and floor-to-ceiling repairs.

The hit song was first pitched to Lambert’s then-boyfriend Blake Shelton along with several other tracks. He and Lambert were driving around Oklahoma and she began crying upon hearing the track. Thanks to Shelton’s urging her on, Lambert decided to record “The House That Built Me.”
