All things seem happy down on the farm for Miranda Lambert her husband, Brendan McLoughlin. The couple shared some cute photos to ring in the New Year.

“Happy New Year from me and @brendanjmcloughlin! Follow @idyllwind. #hatsoffto2021,” she posted to her 4.1 million followers.

It’s the second New Years post from the country star. She posted a video where she sings a stripped-down version of her hit “Bluebird.” In the post, she thanked fans for embracing the song and helping make it a hit.

“Y’all giving this song wings was a bright spot of this year. Cheers to finally turning the page over to 2021,” she posted.

She said recently she was particularly fond of that song because it was a departure from the rest of her music.

“I love ‘Bluebird.’ It’s a song like I’ve never written before and I’m so proud to be a part of it,” she has said.

Miranda Lambert Had an Impressive 2020

Despite her excitement to put 2020 in her rearview mirror, Miranda Lambert had a lot to celebrate last year. She had her first No. 1 hit (“Bluebird”) since 2015. She won Music Video of the Year at the CMAs. She was inducted into the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. And she even got to travel this year and see the country.

She went on The Bobby Bones Show and discussed her recent travels in her new Airstream trailer that she and her husband bought to help them get out of the house during the pandemic. She shared a photo of the RV, which she nicknamed The Sheriff, on Instagram in May.

“After spending these last few months at home (a much-needed break and time to nest) I realized something. Just because I can’t travel and play shows doesn’t mean I can’t travel and make music. I have the most amazing travel companion, my husband, and we decided to add a family member.,” she wrote. “… I’ll be pulling this rig all over the country. I know that seeing the world through the windshield again will bring creative vibes.”
