Country music star Miranda Lambert has a soft spot when it comes to her pets and other animals.
Lambert took to social media on Saturday to show her fans and followers how much fun she and her dog are having in the snow. Her dog, which appears to be a Great Pyrenees, is quite large and is white just like the freshly fallen snow surrounding her. The “Fastest Girl in Town” and “Over You” singer comments that the dog looks like a polar bear in the winter wonderland.
In the Instagram post, Lambert says her four-legged friend is a rescue dog. The big and fluffy canine certainly seems to be enjoying the freshly fallen powder as evidenced by paw prints in the snow.
Lambert is a hit on social media with more than 4 million followers on Instagram alone. Within hours of the posting, her fans gave her more than 58,000 “likes” along with hundreds of comments and reposts.
