Miranda Lambert Shares Post Giving Thanks For Those In Her Life ‘2 Legs or 4’

Earlier today, country music star Miranda Lambert shared a post to Twitter giving thanks to those in her life. Her thanks extend beyond just people in her life, however. The Twitter post featured a picture of Lambert and her beautiful horse, Ellie. She also noted in her post that her appreciation was for everyone in her life, “2-legs or 4.”

“This year has been crazy, but it made me appreciate the little things and be even more grateful for everything,” Lambert said in her post. “Especially those around me. 2-legs or 4, I’m thankful for everyone in my life, including y’all!”

She concluded by saying that she and her horse, Ellie, wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving. Lambert is a certified horse girl, entering some of her horses in competitions regularly– and winning. She owns 400-acres of farmland outside of Nashville where she and her husband, Brendan McLaughlin, spend their time at home.

Miranda Lambert Award Season

Miranda Lambert’s late 2019 album, “Wildcard,” continues to rake in awards and nominations in this year’s awards. After winning Music Video of the Year at the CMA Awards among six other nominations, Lambert also received three more nominations for the 2020 Grammy Awards.

She received nods for Best Country Solo Performance as well as a nomination for Best Country Song for her single, “Bluebird.” She also received a nomination for Best Country Album of the year with her most recent album, “Wildcard.”

Along with Lambert, the five nominees for Country Album of the Year are all women. This is the first time in the history of the Grammys that women swept this category. The nominees for Best Country Album are Miranda Lambert, Ingrid Andress, Brandy Clark, Ashley McBryde, and Little Big Town. Little Big Town consists of the two female vocalists, Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman.
