More on Morgan Wallen, ‘Dangerous’ Double Album

As promised, Wallen’s set to release the deluxe album “Dangerous” on Jan 1, 2021. The two-disk record features 15 songs on each disk, totaling 30 in all.

According to RollingStone, Wallen says that it’s a variety of songs that he and his producer have collected the past couple of years. “The ‘double album’ idea started off as just a joke between me and my manager because we had accumulated so many songs over the past couple of years,” Wallen said in a release. “Then quarantine hit, and we realized it might actually be possible to have enough time to make it happen.”

Wallen also promised to release three songs on the same day the record goes on pre-sale. Those include, “Still Goin’ Down,” “Somebody’s Problem,” and “Livin’ The Dream.” The country artist’s already released his first single from the album, “7 Summers.”

In addition to his song that features Stapleton, Erich Church contributes his songwriting to the album on “Quittin’ Time.” It also features a new version of “Heartless,” produced by electronic producer Diplo. There’s also a bonus album that has two additional songs. This can be found at Target.

Wallen’s name has been in the headlines lately. First for his canceled performance on Saturday Night Live. The show canceled his performance because Wallen failed to follow COVID-19 protocols.

The “7 Summers” singer also shared his thoughts in a tweet on the celebrations following President-elect Joe Bidden’s win. He also announced he’s a first-time father, plus that he was arrested outside of Kid Rock’s bar in Nashville.
