Country music legend, Alan Jackson and his wife, Denise, are selling their hilltop mansion on the outskirts of Nashville for a cool $23 million.
Jackson has listed his five-bedroom, eight-bathroom, 22,012-square-foot mansion in Franklin, Tennessee, which Zillow has broken down to monthly payments of $100,594.
The official listing is with French King Fine Properties, who describes the home as “a monumental stone residence.”
Architect Ron Farris designed the traditional stone estate, which includes four half bathrooms, arched doorways, lavish bedrooms, oversized windows, and a beautifully spacious, yet cozy formal dining room and living areas.
The music icon’s home also wouldn’t be complete without some entertainment aspects like a bar, a media room, and numerous fireplaces both on the inside and outside of the house.
The home’s exterior is just as breathtaking as the inside with aerial views that look like a stone castle. It features a pool and pool house, a loggia, as well as a perfectly trimmed and terraced lawns. It also has an outdoor kitchen, and a humble 15 car climate-controlled garage.
The house sits on a Tennessee hilltop with 4.29 aces of land. With 120 acres of green space surrounding the property, it allows guests to have a spectacular view of the countryside.
Jackson’s home also sits within a gated community with its own separate gate and 24/7 guard.
This isn’t the music star’s first taste as the lavish life, however. The couple previously lived in another 18,622-square-foot antebellum mansion in Franklin. He modeled this house after Gone with the Wind and sold the massive residence for $28 million in 2010.
Jackson also had a lakefront mansion in their native Georgia, which was listed for $6.4 million in 2017.
