If you’ve ever wanted to live like a Grammy-winning country star, now’s your chance. Reba McEntire’s former Tennessee mansion will soon be a 5-star resort.

In 2017, the singer sold her 13,000-square-foot home for $5 million. And after, the 83-acre property, dubbed Estate at Cherokee Dock, served as an upscale events space.

But recently, the estate announced that it’s now under the management of Nashville-based Infinity Hospitality. And the group has big plans for the sprawling mansion.

Cherokee Dock will Become ‘Nationally Recognized’ Resort

“Infinity Hospitality is thrilled to provide an event and lodging experience second to none in Tennessee,” CEO Nathaniel Beaver said in a press release.

The new resort will include “full-service event design and planning, an on-site culinary program, custom bar selections, and vendor management for all services needed to create a once-in-a-lifetime event.”

“In addition,” he added. “Cherokee Dock’s hospitality director will also coordinate additional on-site amenities such as spa treatments, boating, fishing, golf, horseback riding, corporate team building activities, and live music for any occasion.”

Investors completely remodeled Reba McEntire’s former home, which sits on the bank of Old Hickory Lake, in 2018. And more renovations are on the way.

The home includes seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, home theater, wine room, eight-car garage, pool, guest house, and a horse barn. And each of the rooms pays tribute to a Nashville singing great. Themes include Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and of course, Reba McEntire.

In the coming months, Infinity Hospitality will hone in on the estate’s lakeside beauty and create a zen-like atmosphere for future guests. As a resort, Cherokee will boast a new dock, full movie theater, outdoor tented pavilion, and much more.

Once completed, the Estate at Cherokee Dock hopes to “become the ideal setting for nationally recognized corporate events, retreats, charity galas, weddings, concerts, and ticketed events.”

Reba McEntire Will Open a New Restaurant and Concert Venue In Oklahoma

Country singing superstar Reba McEntire is broadening her horizons. Next year, she plans to open a new business in her home state of Oklahoma.

The songstress announced last month that she’s partnered with the Choctaw Nation to create a restaurant, bar, and concert venue appropriately named Reba’s Place.

McEntire announced the news while on tour in Durant, Okla. And shortly after, she celebrated the upcoming Reba’s Place on Instagram.

“We’re really tickled. We’re very excited about it,” she said. “It’s going to have great food, family atmosphere, a bandstand in there where we can do a little pickin’ and grinnin’ and singing.

Reba’s restaurant will serve scratch-made specialties from Nashville, New Orleans, and Mexico. The Fancy singer hopes to welcome her first guests around September 2022.

“Come up and see us!” she wrote.
