Country superstar Shania Twain is still sultry after all these years in the spotlight. The musician rocked a bright red dress in a new photo shoot out in a field somewhere.

“Summertime is the best time 🌹🌺,” Twain posted to Instagram on Friday, including a photo of herself in said dress lying in the grass.

Shania Twain Is Headed Back To Vegas In December

Twain’s Las Vegas residency was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic. But after a hiatus, Twain will be heading back to Vegas this December to restart her residency at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood.

“I love Vegas,” Twain recently told People. She added, “I love it there, I love the food. I love the people. [And] I love the visitors. There’s different flags in the audience all the time and it’s fun. Everybody’s there to party and that’s what I’m there to do. So it’s great. And the sound is great. It’s just wonderful.”

Twain said there’s a lot of energy and artistry in Vegas. And she feeds off of that as a performer.

“There’s a lot of visual art going on,” Twain continued. “It’s high energy because I’m hyperactive anyway so I’m everywhere. And then I feed off the audience.”

Tickets for Twain’s winter shows are available here.

Twain Says Atmosphere In Vegas Is Collegial

Shania Twain is not the only star with a Vegas residency on the horizon. Celine Dion, Katy Perry and Carrie Underwood will also be performing in the city before too long. Twain said she’s excited to see other performers’ shows and to hang out with them backstage during their residencies.

“Whoever’s in town, we go see each other’s shows,” the musician told People. “I’ve seen more shows in Vegas than anywhere else, because we’re all stationary for a little while. We’ve got a few days here. We might have the same day off or whatever. I’m always hanging out with the artists backstage and they’re coming to my show. We have dinner. Yes, that happens. It’s awesome.”

For instance, Twain claims she once cooked a meal for David Copperfield after his show let out around 3 a.m. one morning.

For her part, Twain says she’ll be doing a little something special to celebrate her return to the stage after almost a year and a half away. During her holiday season shows and for her Valentine’s Day show, she’ll be going all out to get into the spirit of those respective holidays.

“It’ll be a lot of fun,” Twain promised.
