As one of the best-selling country artists of all time, it’s no surprise that Shania Twain has multiple homes. From Switzerland to Las Vegas, the “Any Man of Mine” singer knows how to live in style. However, her Bahamas home is one we can’t stop thinking about.
When she isn’t selling out shows around the world, she and her husband, Frédéric Thiébaud, like to spend time away from it all at their gorgeous waterfront mansion. Sitting on a 1-acre lot, the 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 7,000-square-foot mansion in the Bahamas includes 150 feet of beachfront.
According to a listing, the lavish beachfront home is in the premier Old Fort Bay gated community in West Nassau. Inside, the home features mahogany-lined walls and bookcases in addition to its fantastic ocean views.
When the couple has guests over, there’s also plenty of space for them as the house comes with guest bedrooms with views of the beach and the canal. There’s also a stunning kitchen with a breakfast nook, butler’s pantry, and stainless steel appliances. Outside, Twain gets to relax on her covered outdoor patio that leads to beach access.
The house also comes complete with a pool house equipped with bathroom and shower facilities. There’s also a guest apartment, a laundry room. The property also comes with its own dock slip that can accommodate a 40-foot boat.
According to Country Fancast, in 2019, the “That Don’t Impress Me Much” singer listed the Bahamas property for $10.95 million. However, that listing has since been removed, but a current listing with Martina Reichardt asks $12,900,000 for the mansion.
Shania Twain’s Homes Around the World
On the other side of the world, Twain also owns a home in Switzerland— which is considered the country icon’s primary residence. The house is located in the town of Corseaux and overlooks Lake Geneva.
Before she and her husband moved to Corseaux, Twain also lived in an incredible Swiss castle named Château de Sully until 2006. A Swiss baron originally constructed the castle by the name of Bertrand Boucheporn. Boucheporn appointed a Genevan architect named Emile Reverdon to build the home in 1882.
The pristine estate features massive lawns and well-maintained hedges. It also featured numerous terraces and sat on a private hill behind trees.
Back in the United States, Twain also owns a home in Sin City. In June 2019, Twain announced that she would be doing a 23-show residency in Las Vegas. During her residency, Twain decided to forgo staying in hotels and moved to a farm in the suburbs of Las Vegas.
“I’m moving into my new little farm…,” she said during an interview on “Live With Kelly & Ryan.” “I always have to have my horses with me, and my dogs… I just had to keep my family around me and my animals are part of my family.”
