Four shots were fired outside Taylor Swift’s $18 million Tribeca townhouse Sunday night during an armed robbery of a nearby sneaker store.

NYPost reports the robbery occurred shortly after 5 pm at 151 Franklin Street. Swift owns a townhouse at 153 Franklin Street as well as three close-by apartments at the 155 Franklin Street address. Police found several shell casings in the area of the shoe store near Taylor Swift’s residences.

Witnesses and those who heard the shots spoke to NYPost following the event. “Suddenly we heard four shots,” a waiter at a neighboring restaurant says. They add, “I saw people at the scene run. They look scared and jumped into a car.”

Police confirm three suspects fled the scene immediately following the incident.

What’s more, is that this is not the first recent violent attack in the area this month. “It’s really concerning to see two gun-related crimes happen at the same place within a month,” said one resident who calls the area a “family neighborhood.”

NYPost notes that Taylor Swift has spent $50 million on the cluster of residences on the New York City street. She owns two top-floor apartments that are combined to create an 8,000 square feet penthouse. Comedian Aziz Ansari reportedly lives in the building as well. Steven Soderbergh and Orlando Bloom are previous residents of the location.

Police report no one was hit by any of the gunshots. It has not been confirmed if Taylor Swift was in the apartment at the time.
