Thomas Rhett enjoyed a very fine moment being a Girl Dad. And he shared it Wednesday night with his fans.

Rhett posted a short clip of daughters Willa Gray and Ada James along with a “Dad mission accomplished” comment.

The daughters were watching an animated Star Wars series and were playing with their very own lightsabers. Yes, they are fine young Jedi. May the force be with them.

Thomas Rhett Is the Only Male in His Household

Thomas Rhett lives in a house full of women. He and his wife, Lauren, are the parents of three beautiful daughters. In addition to the two Star Wars lovers shown in the Twitter clip, the Rhetts also have youngest daughter, Lennon Love.

And find another lightsaber – there’s a baby girl on the way. Thomas Rhett announced the baby news in May at one of his first concert appearances, post-pandemic. He was in Fort Worth, Texas, and about to perform his new song — ‘To the Guys That Date My Girls.” He and his wife decided it was the perfect time to unveil her baby bump with a gender reveal.

“We are pumped to be having our 4th girl,” Thomas Rhett posted on Instagram. “Feel free to buy all the merch you want, knowing that all the proceeds are going straight to all these weddings I’ll be paying for one day! Love you so much Lauren Akins. We always wanted a big Thanksgiving table.”

Rhett loves to show off his family. It’s who he is. He’s known his wife since the first grade. And Lauren and their daughters also inspire his music. He recently said that the past year, when everyone was stuck at home, made him realize that the most simple activities in life are true blessings. The year definitely inspired his new song, Country Again.

“With the year that we had in 2020,” Thomas Rhett told reporters. “I think a lot of us were forced to not do what we do for a living and forced to slow down and really forced to recognize, like, what are your blessings in life and what are you grateful for?”

“For me, that was my family,” he said. “And for me, that was the outdoors. That was getting outside again, going fishing again, going hunting again, going out West and hiking with my family. Those are the things that I used to love to do so much. And then life just kind of got in the way.”

Country Star Loves His Daddy-Daughter Time

So Thomas Rhett sees the beauty of spending time with his young daughters. He takes them to cheerleading and dance camps. They act like Star Wars characters while watching cartoons on Disney+

His life truly is blissful. And the music is coming back. Earlier this week, he announced he’ll be part of next year’s Stagecoach Festival.

“I think a lot of us have just been grinding without realizing how hard we’re actually working,” Thomas Rhett said. “And hard work is great, but I do think every now and then you can slow down and just smell the roses for a second.”
