Tim McGraw Drops Clip of Terrifically Talented Banjo Player From ‘McGraw Session’

In the world of country music entertainment, at the very top is where you will find superstar singer and songwriter Tim McGraw.

One of the most popular country music artists of all time, there isn’t much that Tim McGraw hasn’t accomplished. On top of his music industry accomplishments, he also has a beautiful and talented family at his side. His wife, fellow country music star Faith Hill, is also one of the most renowned artists of all time. McGraw has also been back in the studio as of late and took a break to interact with his loyal fan base. He took to social media on Wednesday to showcase some fine banjo playing in a Nashville, Tennessee studio.

“Lucky to be able to witness @iylanash tearing it up on Tim McGraw session today at the Shannon Forrest studio in Nashville,” Tim McGraw writes in the social media post.

Several Tim McGraw fans also responded to the Instagram post, thanking the country star for sharing the awesome banjo video.

McGraw is a star among stars in the country music industry and his success is abundant. He has put out 16 studio albums during his career spanning several decades. Of those 16 albums, 10 have reached the top spot on top country album charts. His 16 albums have also produced 65 singles with 25 of them earning the top spot on the Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay charts. His breakthrough hit “Not a Moment too Soon” came in 1994. He’s won numerous awards over the course of his country music career, including three Grammy Award wins.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Are Country’s First Couple

Tim McGraw has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide, making him one of the best-selling artists of all time. Not to be outdone, Hill is also one of the top-selling artists in country music and has five Grammy Award wins of her own.

The music industry power couple made news earlier this month, announcing the sale of their Nashville home. The 620-acre farm sits just outside of the city and was to a group of investors for $15 million. The couple has been married for 24 years, tying the knot in 1996. In a recent interview, Tim McGraw hilariously says that marriage years should be counted as dog years.

“We figure in our industry, it’s like 82 years,” McGraw said. “It’s kind of like dog years, you have to count each year as seven.”

The couple has three daughters that are starting their adventures in the entertainment industry. With the young ladies now out on their own, selling the Nashville farm doesn’t come as a surprise. Maggie, Gracie and Audrey McGraw are each uniquely talented and looking to make it big.
