Country music superstar Tim McGraw has a brand new video out that debuted just yesterday and has already become a big hit for the singer.
The song is called “7500 OBO” and the video for Tim McGraw’s latest offerings is a real treat. The video is also extra special to the McGraw family because the singer’s youngest daughter appears in it. He says he deeply enjoyed working on the video with his daughter even if he had to suffer through a few parts. The song was released Friday afternoon with thousands of fans tuning in for the premiere. The “Live Like You Were Dying” singer has had a number of country classics over his career. It looks like his latest could also score Tim McGraw another big time country music hit.
The video for “7500 OBO” is fantastic and really compliments the Tim McGraw song. The song is about memories of heartbreak and an old pickup truck. The music video is really a work of art and Audrey McGraw really shines in her role. Audrey is the youngest daughter of country power couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill at 19-years-old. On Saturday, McGraw took to social media to thank everyone for their assistance on the music video. He specifically points out a few of the video’s smaller details that make a big difference in creating an authentic feel.
“A lot of little details went into the making of the ‘7500 OBO’ music video,” He says in the post. “Our friends at Gravely Mowers even let us borrow a vintage lawnmower for Audrey’s part in the video.”
Tim McGraw’s Newest Video Stars His Daughter
Along with the post, Tim McGraw includes a black and white photo of his daughter sitting on the vintage lawnmower. Numerous fans thank the country music singer for sharing the photo and also comment on how much they love his new video.
“We love the video and Audrey did a great job,” a fan writes in the post’s comments. “The song is awesome too. I’ve listened to it several times.”
“Love the video and the song,” another social media user says. “The song is classic Tim Mcgraw.”
After the video was put out for public consumption, Tim McGraw jokes about a particular scene that made him a little uncomfortable. The script called for his daughter, Audrey, to lock lips with a young male actor.
“I am not calling it a make-out scene…you can decide for yourself!” Tim McGraw says of this particular scene.
You can imagine it would be a bit unnerving to witness your youngest daughter kissing a fella you’ve never seen. But Tim McGraw took like a man while watching the kissing screen on a backstage monitor.
“It’s not easy for a dad to watch, I can tell you that,” he says. I”’m not going to beat him up. I guess I’ll let him slide on this one.”
