Go ahead and put country music singer-songwriter Tim McGraw down on the “yes” list of people who are fans of HBO’s “Game of Thrones.”

It appears that McGraw and his kids were attempting to have a little fun either before or after hitting the dinner table.

But the Christmas lights behind them add a special holiday touch to the photos.

McGraw shares pictures of his family from Monday night as they dressed like “Thrones” characters.

“Game of Thrones” is an HBO series that’s been on the air for eight seasons. It has collected 59 Emmy Awards and delivers dramatic stories based on the work of author George R.R. Martin.

Tim McGraw Stays In The Christmas Spirit

McGraw has been in the Christmas spirit recently. On Dec. 13, he took time to send a Christmas message to his fans on social media.

Just a few days after McGraw and wife Faith Hill’s Christmas tree went viral, the country singer took to Twitter to post another Christmas message to his three million followers.

He also included two new photos from home showing his family’s Christmas decorations. One of the pictures shows some of McGraw’s trees outside tightly wrapped in Christmas lights. The second photo shows a wreath hanging over a large stack of chopped firewood.

McGraw Doesn’t Mess Around With Christmas Tree

Tim McGraw had to use the tallest possible ladders, then balancing precariously while trying to hang lights or put on the tree-toppers, on his Christmas tree.

He wasn’t messing around when he picked out a Christmas tree this year. The tree reaches the top of McGraw’s enormous house.

With tall windows and an expansive, open ceiling, the tree is well over the average household tree-size. In fact, it looks like it could fit at a mall somewhere.

However, the best part is how McGraw is choosing to use the ladder. He is straddling the top of the ladder instead of safely standing on its pegs.

The tree has small red-and-green lights on it. McGraw is putting on a sparkly, gold garland.
