With Halloween 2021 just days away, country superstar Tim McGraw is revealing his least and favorite parts of the upcoming spooky holiday.

“Halloween has never been my favorite holiday for some reason,” Tim McGraw declared in a social media post. “I don’t know if it freaks me out or what. It was one of my daughter’s favorites.”

Tim McGraw goes on to reveal that candy corn has always been his favorite part of Halloween. “I mean, I could eat Reece’s Cup anytime.”

In regards to his “go-to” costume, McGraw reflected on the costume choices he had over the years. “Nine times out of ten it was Dracula. We did a few things when the kids were growing up. I was Cat McJack one year. One year, Faith and I were George and Martha Washington. The kids were some colonials dressed.”

Tim McGraw Opens Up About Raising His Three Daughters With Faith Hill

While chatting with his Friday Night Lights co-star Garrett Hedlund for Leo in February 2021, Tim McGraw opened up about how he and his wife/fellow country singer Faith Hill parented their children through the years.

“When we first got married, we had a long talk about both of us doing this for a living,” Tim McGraw stated while talking about parenting. “How are we going to navigate this? And we decided that we were going to put our family and our kids first.”

McGraw also stated that he and Hill agreed that they were going to teach their kids that working hard and being professional is actually doable. “Teaching them to have a great work ethic, but being human at the same time. And teaching them how to be a parent at the same time.”

As the girls grew up and started school, Tim McGraw stated he slowly dabbled in work on weekends until school was out. Then he would go on tour. “I would fly home every night. Then leave every morning or every afternoon. When school started back, when my touring would shut down, and I would be home.”

Tim McGraw further revealed that he and Faith were fortunate enough that when they got married they both had successful careers. “So when we had kids, we were in a good position that we could dictate when we would work. But you have to make that decision as well. And we made that decision early on.”

In regards to feeling “outnumbered” by the women in his life, Tim McGraw added, “My daughters and my wife and having a house full of women—and being the kind of guy’s-guy that I am, up to doing the things I like to do. But they have made me such a better man. They made me see things in a different way. They taught me so much more about life, about how to be a man.”
