Country music’s favorite couple hits again with another dose of adorable. On Instagram today, Tim McGraw posted a throwback video of his wife singing “A Baby Changes Everything,” off her Christmas Album, Joy to the World. The brief video clip came from Faith Hill’s 2009 performance on CBS’s A Home For The Holidays.
“I love this woman,” Tim McGraw says in the adorable Instagram post. “and this song just kills me.”
He certainly isn’t the only one that feels that way. In 2008 when the single came out, it spent three weeks at number one on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart. The song appeared as the last song on her 2008 Christmas album, Joy To The World. The beautifully clever song follows the story of a teenager facing the uncertainty of having a child. The end of the song reveals that the teenager in question is the Virgin Mary.
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Babies
Faith Hill and Tim McGraw know first hand how a baby changes everything, although they had their three girls long after their teenage years. Hill gave birth to their oldest, Gracie McGraw when she was 30 years old. As Hill is now 53, Gracie turned 23 in May of this year.
Their second, Maggie Elizabeth McGraw was born just over a year later and is now 22. Finally, the couple welcomed Audrey Caroline McGraw into the world on December 6 of 2001. She just turned 19.
“Anybody who has more than one kid knows they’re so different,” McGraw said in an interview about his children. “They’re so individual. But they’re all really close, and all really supportive of each other. They miss each other when they’re not around, but they also want their sisters to experience life.”
