Country singer Travis Tritt gave fans an inside look into his cozy Georgia home when he posted an adorable video on Instagram.
The camera pans across his living room in the video, showing fans that he enjoys spending the holiday season just like many other Americans: with family.
On Instagram, the 57-year-old wrote a warm message about how he likes to spend the holiday season with his three children and his wife, Theresa.
“There’s no place like home for the holidays! So nice to have my whole family together watching Christmas movies. I love this time of year!”
Tritt’s living room is the perfect backdrop for any holiday get-together. In the clip, you can see the warm glow of his fireplace, a beautifully decorated tree, Polar Express playing in the background, all while his family sits together on the couch.
Travis Tritt To Host SiriusXM Country Christmas Show
In addition to making time for family during the holidays, Tritt is also gearing up for his Sirius XM Country Christmas show. The ’90s country legend will DJ some of his favorite country Christmas songs.
On Twitter, the singer’s team made sure to update his fans on how to listen.
“In the holiday spirit? Tune in on Friday 12/18 to hear Travis on @SIRIUSXM Country Christmas’ “12 Days of Country Christmas DJs” (Channel 58). His show will air at 1pm, with repeats at 4pm and 10pm ET. What songs should he play? ~ Team TT”
In Sept of 1992, the Grammy award winner released his first holiday record: A Travis Tritt Christmas: Loving Time of the Year. Tritt’s Christmas album includes a mix of traditional songs, cover songs, and original material.
The album includes three covers of country Christmas songs. “Christmas in My Hometown” was part of Sonny James’ 1966 album My Christmas Dream. “Santa Looked a Lot Like Daddy” and “All I Want for Christmas Dear Is You” are songs by Buck Owens from his 1965 album Christmas with Buck Owens and His Buckaroos.
“Loving Time of the Year” and “Christmas Just Ain’t Christmas Without You” are the new tracks featured on the album.
