Brett Young’s daughter, Presley, might be the winner of the cutest baby of the year.
On Instagram, hearts everywhere exploded after the country singer’s wife Taylor Mills posted an adorable clip of baby Presley wearing her dad’s oversized shirt.
Brett Young’s Daughter is Unquestionably a Daddy’s Girl
“She started pulling shirts off of my closet shelf and saying, ‘Dada! Dada!'” Taylor wrote on Instagram alongside the adorable video of Presley wearing a T-shirt adorned with pictures of her dad. “I realized she found this shirt at the very bottom of a stack and then attempted to put it on. She was so proud of the new Dada dress she found.”
According to her parents’ social media posts, 1-year-old Presley is undoubtedly a daddy’s girl. In the fall, Taylor shared a video of their daughter recognizing Young’s face on a plaque hanging in their home.
The singer’s wife Taylor Mills gave birth to Presley Elizabeth Young on Monday, Oct. 21.
According to People magazine, the 8-pound, 2-ounce baby girl was born at 7:29 p.m. in Nashville, measuring at 20.75 inches. “She is perfect and we are forever better because she was given to us,” Young told the magazine.
Since the pandemic has put a hiatus on live music, Brett Young has enjoyed this unexpected family time during his time off.
However, the country singer recently released his version of the Christmas classic “Silver Bells.” He performed the song on Thanksgiving as part of the 94th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
“Aside from ‘Silver Bells’ being one of the most well-known classic Christmas songs, its specifically always been one of my favorites,” Young said in a press release. “I think a song that’s able to lend itself to so many different versions is a special thing and this one seems to be extremely versatile. Also, it just makes me happy when it comes on and that’s what Christmas is all about.”
