A rising star in the field of country music, Carly Pearce is seeing her fanbase continue to grow and expand.
One of the many reasons for the singer’s rise is her ability to connect with her fans and followers. Pearce is active on social media, using the platform as a tool to relate and communicate with her fans.
Pearce took to social media on Sunday to share a recent performance at Nashville’s Listening Room. A fan in attendance put the performance on social media for all to enjoy. In the video, Pearce is performing an acoustic version of her newest song “Didn’t Do.” In the social media post, the Twitter user says it is the first the singer has performed the song in a public setting.
“Carly Pearce laid it all out on the line (not the clothesline) with her new song “Didn’t Do” that she played for the first time publicly tonight at The Listening Room,” the Twitter posts states.

In the video, Pearce is joined on stage by two other performers with one playing guitar and the other a keyboard. Once Pearce completes the beautiful song, she receives a sizeable round of applause from the audience.
Shortly after the post made it on the social media, Pearce retweets it for her friends and fans to enjoy. In her post she describes The Listening Room as one of her favorite places. She also says she enjoyed writing the song with two of her friends.
“Love getting to share new ones at one of my fav places (@listeningplace),” she says in the post. “Wrote this one with my girl @EmilyShackelton and Ashley Gorley xoxo.”
Pearce also recently used social media to say goodbye to 2020, calling it one of the toughest years of her life. She cites her break up with her husband Michael Ray as a primary reason for her difficult year.
