NFL Fans React to Carrie Underwood’s Latest Version of Sunday Night Football Theme Song
Not surprisingly, NFL fans are just as siked to see Carrie Underwood greet them before Sunday Night games as they are for the actual season. Since 2013, Underwood has been the face of the Sunday night theme song. Before her was the equally great country artist, Faith Hill, who sang the tune for the five years prior. While Hill was a perfect first vocalist for the much-anticipated tune, Underwood, too, has fans in a craze over her latest version of the song. Once NBC posted the video of the “killer opening,” as one user wrote, fans flooded the comments with tons of praise.
“The best one to ever do it !! You go Queen !!” one fan wrote.
“So happy @carrieunderwood is back on Sunday nights,” gushed another.
“Incredible opening once again. This is probably my favorite in awhile,” another said.
No doubt, Carrie Underwood has become a pivotal part of Sunday Night Football.
