When Dierks Bentley isn’t busy being a country music superstar, he can be seen riding his bike around every which way. Sometimes, that means falling.

States in the southeast and up the east coast received a blanket of snow this week. So, of course, Bentley wanted to have some fun. The singer-songwriter is a big bike rider. However, that doesn’t mean he is a perfect one.

While out on a snowy trail in Tennessee, Dierks Bentley did what no one should do: filmed his bike ride with one hand and steered with the other. You know, you’d think that the Drunk on a Plane artist would be able to get a Go Pro or something!

That’s just too fancy for Bentley. But at least he owns up to his epic wipeouts. Check out the Instagram video below and see for yourself.

Of course, Bentley knows that he got what he was asking for. He captioned the post, “what I get for trying to film and bike in the snow…part 2: the Tennessee remix. [W]hat an idiot.”

Now, he isn’t an idiot, but he sure is foolish. One-handed bike rides in the snow while filming doesn’t go together. Someone, please get this man a camera he can strap to his helmet or check for these videos. The last thing we need is Bentley with a broken arm!

There were lots of concerned fans and those that were laughing along with Bentley about the entire situation. If you can’t laugh at yourself, then what can you laugh at, right? Unfortunately for the singer, he has a habit of doing this. He fell off his bike just two weeks ago.

Most importantly, Dierks Bentley has a big resolution this year.

Dierks Bentley Vows to Finish Album This Year

If you were out doing your own New Year’s thing, then you might have missed Dierks Bentley in Nashville’s Big Bash. CBS brought New Year’s Eve to the Music City and Bentley played a big part in that show. Thankfully, this year he is planning on a big resolution.

2020 and 2021 have not been great for music. Live shows have been canceled and surely it has played a role in Bentley not finishing up his latest album. However, that all ends this year, at least according to the man himself.

“I’m reflecting on finishing my record,” the singer said to the AP. “It’s been my resolution for last year and this year.” Then he mentioned that he has spent a lot of time getting things right on the album. So, when this does come out, fans aren’t likely going to be disappointed.

Those resolutions can be tough, but we’re all rooting for you! But, if he keeps crashing his bike, Dierks Bentley might not be able to get that album finished after all.
