Country icon Reba McEntire performs a special song from her Lifetime Original Movie “Reba McEntire’s Christmas in Tune.”

If you’re looking for a new Christmas song to add to your playlist tonight, look no further. Reba McEntire‘s “I Needed Christmas” is also the perfect track to listen by the fireplace. It is a holiday ballad about love during the holidays. Her live performance of the song is just as sweet as its lyrics.

The song is from her Lifetime Original Movie, “Reba McEntire’s Christmas In Tune.” IMDB credits McEntire as both a cast member and executive producer of the film. It tells the story of Georgia and Joe Winter, an ex-musical duo that reunites for a special Christmas performance. Sparks fly both onstage and off in this feel-good television movie.

The 66-year old singer performed “I Needed Christmas” on Good Morning America last Tuesday. Her powerful delivery immediately drew fans in.

Reba McEntire’s Mansion To Become Resort

Great news, Reba McEntire fans! The country icon’s Nashville mansion is turning into a 5-star resort. Now under the management of Infinity Hospitality, the Estate at Cherokee Dock is turning the 13,000-square-foot manor into a new luxury experience. It looks idyllic.

Infinity Hospitality CEO Nathaniel Beaver also shares the news in the company’s press release.

“Infinity Hospitality is thrilled to provide an event and lodging experience second to none in Tennessee, with full-service event design and planning, an on-site culinary program, custom bar selections, and vendor management for all services needed to create a once-in-a-lifetime event,” Beaver says.

“In addition, Cherokee Dock’s hospitality director will also coordinate additional on-site amenities such as spa treatments, boating, fishing, golf, horseback riding, corporate team building activities, and live music for any occasion.”

The Tennessee manor is on 83 acres of land and overlooks McEntire’s beloved Old Hickory Lake. It also has a home theater, wine room, pool, and chef’s kitchen, among other amenities. Each of the mansion’s seven bedroom’s pays homage to country music icons in its decor. Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks, the Reba McEntire are all paid tribute to in these special rooms.

Infinity Hospitality hopes to add even more special features to its property. Its goal is also to “become the ideal setting for nationally recognized corporate events, retreats, charity galas, weddings, concerts and ticketed events.” The estate is sure to be a bucket-list experience for Reba McEntire fans.
