Country music superstar Trisha Yearwood gifted her fans on social media Friday when she shared a clip of her acting in the television series The Naked Truth.
Country music fans can surely appreciate the throwback clip. The Naked Truth was a sitcom series that aired from 1995 to 1998. The show starred Tea Leoni and Holland Taylor, the former of which Yearwood gives a shout out to on social media.
Yearwood made her guest star appearance on the show in Season 3 Episode 17. The title of the episode is called “Born to Be Wilde.” Yearwood plays in a celebrity pool tournament and has a hilarious exchange with Leoni’s character, Nora.
Twitter user Melissa McDaniel (@MelisMcDaniel) originally shared the clip on Friday afternoon. Alongside the video, she wrote, “Happy Friday! Remember that time @trishayearwood was on the show The Naked Truth with Tea Leoni? She was hilarious. 🤣 🤣 Enjoy!

Fans and followers of the country music star were definitely pleased by seeing footage of Yearwood on the big screen once again. Her retweet of the video has gotten over 300 likes in an hour’s time along with amassing nearly 5,000 views. In fact, one fan even went as far as to call it the “greatest thing on the internet.”

As many people are already aware, Trisha Yearwood recently tested positive for COVID-19. Her husband, country superstar Garth Brooks, made the announcement a couple of weeks ago. However, Brooks has since said they she was getting better.
“The Queen and I have now tested twice,” Brooks said. “Officially, she’s diagnosed as ‘on her way out of the tunnel’ now, though, which I’m extremely thankful for. Anyone who knows me knows my world begins and ends with Miss Yearwood, so she and I will ride through this together.”
