50 Cent is opening up about his alleged support for President Donald Trump.

“I never liked him,” the rapper says.

Chelsea Handler Renames Him ’20 Cent’

Recently, his ex-girlfriend Chelsea Handler appeared on “The Tonight Show” with host Jimmy Fallon where she discussed the controversy using her comedian flare.

“He doesn’t want to pay 62 percent of taxes because he doesn’t want to go from 50 Cent to 20 Cent … I had to remind him that he was a Black person, so he can’t vote for Donald Trump, and that he shouldn’t be influencing an entire swath of people who may listen to him because he’s worried about his own personal pocketbook,” Handler said to Fallon during the interview.

The comedian also joked about “going for another spin” if 50 Cent were to change his mind.

Then, 50 Cent clapped back with a pretty firm “no” for Donald Trump.

The rapper also posted on Instagram about the President regarding his tax plan that he seemed to favor. This is what Handler was referring to in her dig about him only caring about his “pocketbook.”

50 Cent and Trump

The rapper, according to The Hill, has had a back-and-forth relationship with Trump.

The rapper hasn’t always backed Trump, as he tweeted in September 2016, “Let us pray, lord please don’t let Trump into office. We will spin out of control.'”

In fact, back in 2016, he compared Donald Trump and Kanye West running as the same idea. Seemingly making it clear he was not in support of him. In an interview with Conan, he said “it’s a lot of responsibility.”

The rapper also made it clear that if he turned down millions to go to the inauguration in 2017, then he probably wasn’t a huge fan.

According to Extra TV, “I turned down a million dollars to go to the inauguration [in 2017] — why would I just switch gears now?”
