For all of you Alaskan Bush People fans out there, get ready. Bear Brown took to social media on Sunday to show off his six-pack abs.
If you’re a fan of the popular Alaskan wilderness show, then you likely know that Bear Brown is not a shy individual. And that could not have been more evident than on Sunday. This isn’t the first time that the 34-year-old showed off his physique online. He actually did so back in March as well.
In his latest post, Bear Brown looks to be doing some walking, running or hiking out in a desert area. Although we aren’t sure where Brown is at in the snapshot, we are sure about one thing: we need more of Bear Brown’s glorious six-pack abs in our lives.
But let’s not undervalue the Team Extreme man’s love for the outdoors. He isn’t always posting pictures to show off his body or tattoos. In fact, quite the opposite — Brown is usually posting gorgeous views out in nature, and photos with his adorable son, River.
So, with that said, if you are a fan of Alaskan Bush People, glorious abs, and/or adorable kids, then you should request to follow Bear Brown’s private Instagram account. You can do so by clicking here.
‘Alaskan Bush People’ Star Celebrates First Birthday Without His Father
Make no mistake about it — there will be a lot of firsts for Alaskan Bush People star Bear Brown in 2021. After his dad, the one and only Billy Brown, passed away back in February, Bear and his family have been trying to work through their grief. The loss of a parent hits close to home especially when birthdays and other “firsts” without them come and go. That was no exception for Bear, who just turned 34 on Thursday.
“Today is my 34th birthday!” Brown wrote on Instagram. “Where does the time go? Seems like just yesterday I was a kid running wild in Alaska, hunting, fishing, surviving, but also living and loving life in a world that seems very different from mine today!”
Of all the family members, the loss of Billy Brown seems to weigh the hardest on his son Bear. They were extremely close to one another.
“Today is the first time in 34 years that my Dad won’t be around for my birthday,” Brown continued. “I miss him so much! I wish I could talk with him again, I wish I could give him a big hug!”
In the end, Bear sends his thanks to all of the Alaskan Bush People fans that have had his back. And he promised them that he would try and have some fun on his birthday, despite the solemn mood.
“This year has been the hardest in my life! I appreciate everyone who has stuck with me and with my family! I’m gonna still try to have as much fun today as I can! I know that’s what he’d want! Everyday is a blessing, I think too many people forget that! Thank you everyone for your support!!! God bless!!!!”
