The Alaskan Bush People family has experienced many extreme ups and downs over the past year. Fans are now wondering if one of the Browns has undergone another life-changing event by secretly eloping.

Has Bear Brown brought a new member into the “Wolfpack?” The speculations come after he posted a series of photos to his Instagram page on March 16. The Discovery Channel star captures his on-again, off-again girlfriend Raiven Adams and the couple’s son, River, as they swim in a pool at their hotel.

Brown captioned the photo by writing, “River’s first swim!!!!”

In one photo, the proud Papa Bear holds his doe-eyed son who looks at the camera and gives a small, sweet grin.

Although many were focused on the one-year-old River, others immediately noticed the ring on Bear’s finger.

Has Bear Brown Added Someone to the Wolfpack?

Following Bear’s Instagram post, many are questioning if the 33-year-old is wearing an engagement ring, seeing as the jewelry just so happens to be located on a specific and special finger on his left hand.

The Sun notes how the comments came pouring in.

One person asks, “Is that a wedding band?” The words are in all capital letters, adding extra emphasis to the question and representing the fan’s utter shock.

“Bear you have a ring on your left hand. Did you and [Raiven] get married?” another fan wrote, while one individual claims that the ring on Brown’s finger was the first thing they noticed in the photo.

Another photo shows 23-year-old Raiven wearing a tie-dyed bikini as she holds her son and lovingly gazes down at him while standing in front of the pool.

A Vacation Away From the Bush

It’s obvious they are taking a vacation far away from the “bush” that’s no longer in Alaska but has been moved to Washington State where the family still resides together on the same property. The couple and their son have been temporarily residing in modern civilization since celebrating River’s first birthday on March 9.

Brown posted an Instagram Story from his hotel room a few days after River’s birthday celebration. Bear also gave fans a glimpse of the luxurious hotel by sharing a few photos on social media, including the poolside photo, and one of Bear and Amy holding River’s hands. The possible wedding band can be seen on the Alaskan Bush People star’s finger.

“It’s been fun,” Brown captions one photo.

A Bear of a Relationship Between the Couple

Adams and Brown have had quite a rocky relationship. The two met in 2018 and were soon engaged in August of 2019. However, it was not a “happily ever after” moment seeing as the two called off their engagement two weeks after announcing the news. However, Raiven was pregnant with River when she and Bear broke up. Brown underwent a paternity test to ensure that River was, in fact, his son after Raiven announced that Bear might not be the baby’s father. The results proved without a doubt that Bear Brown is River’s biological dad.

In February of 2020, Adams made allegations of abusive behavior and filed for an order of protection against Brown. He has denied the allegations. Last September, Adams took River to the Alaskan Bush People’s Washington homestead. This was the first time Brown had ever seen his son. They began dating again and have shown no signs of separating any time soon.

The ‘Alaskan Bush People’ Remain Strong

After a very hard year, Raiven and River have been the highlight and strength that Bear has needed after the death of the family patriarch. He was the first of the seven Brown children to announce the death of his father, Billy Brown. Billy died on February 7 after suffering from a seizure. He was 68.

The “wild son” on Alaskan Bush People has continuously posted messages on social media honoring his father. He even wrote a touching caption about Billy when sharing photos from River’s first birthday on Instagram.

“He lived his life on his terms, off the grid, and off the land and taught us to live like that as well,” Brown wrote when informing the public of Billy’s death. “We plan to honor his legacy going forward and to continue with his dream. We ask for privacy and prayers during this painful time!”

As the Alaskan Bush People heal from Billy’s death and continue adding to the clan, fans will be rooting them on and checking for any new developments, including wedding bands.
