Some members of the “Alaskan Bush People” family are more willing to live in the public eye than others. Recently, one of the more elusive members of the family shared a rare selfie. He also thanked fans of the reality television show for support.

This family member is Joshua Brown. He is better known as Bam Bam. He is one of the seven children shared by Billy Brown and Ami Brown. As fans of the show are aware, Billy passed away in February 2021.

Bam Bam recently shared a selfie on social media. While sharing a selfie is something many people do these days, it’s not a common practice for this member of the “Alaskan Bush People” family.

Bam Bam is now 34-years-old and he shares a very close resemblance to his late father. He paid tribute to his late father with an image and caption shared on Instagram. “When I was a kid, my Mom and Dad taught me that this world can be a dark place, and that it’s our job to shine light wherever we can,” the “Alaskan Bush People” star shared.

Joshua ‘Bam Bam’ Brown Shared Lessons His Mother and His Late Father Have Taught Him

Bam Bam also shared some of the lessons his late father and his mother have taught him over the years.

“They taught me that when it’s hard, when you want to fall to the ground and cry, when everything in you says give up, that is when you must keep going, when you must have courage and faith,” Joshua “Bam Bam” Brown also posted.

He then went on to elaborate on other lessons his father taught him. “Da never cared about money or fame. What he did care about was family, faith and freedom. Da once said that if our show made just one person smile, and brought light into just one persons’ life, even for just a moment, then it was worth all of it,” Bam Bam also shared.

Joshua “Bam Bam” Brown brought his recent social media post to a close by thanking fans of “Alaskan Bush People” for their love and support after the death of his father in early 2021.

“To all the honorary members of The Wolf Pack, Thank you. Thank you for being a part of our family, and letting us be a part of yours. Thank you for your prayers, support and the love you have all shown for my family,” he posted.

Bam Bam’s post also offered some words of encouragement for fans of “Alaskan Bush People.”

“Never give up. Never surrender,” he also said.

Obviously, the positive feelings Bam Bam Brown has for his late father are shared by others. “”This world definitely needs more people like Billy Brown in it. A candle on a hill cannot be hidden. Keep his light shining!” one fan said in response to Bam Bam’s social media message.
