Nicole Kidman is showing off some fabulous photos from a recent cover shoot. The 54-year-old star of Being the Richardos still is incredibly photogenic, even in the most unconventional attire.

On Saturday, Nicole Kidman shared four photos from the fashion magazine, Marie Claire Australia. She’s wearing a black and white Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello jumpsuit. It looks like an abbreviated evening gown. The top is black and low cut, with white bottoms cut high at the thigh. She’s also wearing a pair of black fishnet stockings.

Nicole Kidman captioned the photo gallery: “Thank you Marie Claire AU . . . such an honour to share in your incredible history.”

Marie Claire Picked Nicole Kidman for Its 25th Anniversary Edition

Marie Claire Australia, with Nicole Kidman, celebrated its 25th birthday with this edition. The magazine said it picked Kidman for the cover because “she’s the Hollywood legend with a deep connection to home, from supporting the local film industry to gracing more Australian Marie Claire covers than any other star. For our special 25th birthday issue, Nicole Kidman tells all about love, life lessons and her latest role in her next Liane Moriarty hit, Nine Perfect Strangers, launching today.”

Kidman’s Nine Perfect Strangers, a limited series, dropped on Hulu, Wednesday. The show is based on a book written by Liane Moriarty, who also gave the TV world Big Little Lies. Kidman also is a producer on the series and is its star. She plays Masha, a mysterious Russian woman, who owns a health retreat called Tranquillum House. She’s handpicked the nine perfect strangers who come to her retreat in Northern California. She tells her guests that she’s a former high-powered businesswoman. But she also says she died and was presumably brought back to life by doctors. She says her life’s work now is healing.

She’s not the only big name in the cast. The series also stars Melissa McCarthy, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Shannon, Regina Hall and Luke Evans. The show was shot last year in Australia. Nicole Kidman and her husband, country superstar Keith Urban, brought their two daughters and spent the Covid-19 shutdown on a farm Down Under.

Kidman Said Her One Regret Over Past Quarter Century — Not Having More Kids

Nicole Kidman told the magazine that her one regret over the past 25 years was not having more children. She and Tom Cruise, her first husband, adopted a son and a daughter, who are now grown. She and Urban have two school-age daughters. Sunday is 12 and Faith is 10.

“I would’ve loved 10 kids,” Nicole Kidman said. “But that’s OK because I get to mother other children. I have six nieces and a nephew and I’m godmother to 12. I love mothering, I love kids: they’re quirky, funny and unfiltered. And then you get to see them grow and send them on their way.”

Kidman currently is working on Being the Ricardos. It’s an Aaron Sorkin movie that tells the story of one week in the life of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz as they film I Love Lucy. Kidman is Lucille Ball, with Javier Bardem as Desi Arnaz.
