Betty White is trending on Twitter.
For many fans, it creates a moment of absolute panic, quickens that heart rate, and gives you some sweaty palms whenever her name is in the trending category.
Rest assured, however, Betty White is 100% okay. Better yet, the iconic “Golden Girls” actress is two months away from turning 100. The iconic actress seems to be in good health as well, thanks to her infamous diet of hot dogs and vodka.
After all, she does claim that’s her secret to a long and happy life.
Actress is Trending on Twitter
As it turns out, fans of the actress were just talking about how much they adore her. Just normal behavior. Many fans are looking to make sure Betty White is kept safe as she approaches her landmark birthday.
One fan’s tweet said, “Betty White is 99 years old and 3 months away from 100; please provide her with national security protection and wrap her safely in bubble wrap; we love her.” This tweet has so far gotten close to 89,000 likes and close to 17,000 retweets.
Although all the talk about Betty White was positive, it, as usual, caused fans to freak out. One person wrote, “Good lord. Every time I see Betty White trending my heart drops.”
While other celebrities often trend, it’s different with Betty White. As one person put it, “betty white is fine before you see she’s trending and panic.”
One person also said they couldn’t handle the “stress” of her trending on Twitter. Meanwhile, another White fanatic was busy making a hilarious skit that takes place fictionally between White and death. It seems pretty accurate.
All in all, it’s just another reason to celebrate Betty White. After all, White is now older than Disney, which was created in 1923. White was born in 1922. While everyone else freaks out about her health and well-being, White is happily sitting at home probably doing crossword puzzles.
Betty White Good Attitude, Long Career
She deserves everything that comes with being an American treasure, seeing as she’s been in the entertainment world for over 75 years. She still continues to make appearances in the business, as well. For example, she was the oldest person to host “Saturday Night Live” and has also had an extraordinary 24 total Emmy nominations during her career.
Through and through, Betty White is an optimist. She sees all parts of life and old age as lightheartedly as possible.
“I know it sounds corny, but I try to see the funny side and the upside, not the downside. I get bored with people who complain about this or that. It’s such a waste of time,” White said to Parade Magazine back in 2018.
As we quickly approach White’s birthday on January 17, some fans are also calling for it to be a national holiday. It sounds pretty promising, after all. Everyone could celebrate by snuggling with pets, eating a couple of hot dogs, drinking some vodka, and even putting on a little bit of “Golden Girls.”
