Bindi Irwin Shares Sweet Family Selfie Flying Home from Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve

Bindi Irwin keeps a busy schedule these days as a new mom. But she also visits Australia and the Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve.

Named for her late father, the wildlife reserve is a place where Bindi Irwin can take her family and visit. She shared a picture of her with her husband, Chandler Powell, and their daughter, Grace Warrior. It was posted to her Instagram account on Sunday.

Take a look at Mom, Dad, and child all in one pic.

What a cutie! Mom and Dad obviously are overjoyed by having their bundle of joy with them on the flight home.

Bindi Irwin has dual citizenship in both Australia and the United States. She has been a fixture on television since making an appearance on “The Crocodile Hunter” when she was 2 years old.

Steve Irwin, sadly, died from a stingray barb on Sept. 4, 2006. When she was 8 years old, Bindi Irwin delivered a eulogy at her father’s funeral. It was seen by 5,000 people in person and over 300 million viewers around the world. Terri Irwin, her mother and Steve’s widow, has said her daughter wrote it herself with very little help.

But Bindi Irwin has been, as we said, a familiar face through her involvement with different television shows. She is part of “Crikey! It’s the Irwins” along with Terri and her brother, Robert.

Bindi Irwin Returned To Social Media After Taking A Break

Back in July 2021, Bindi Irwin returned to actively using social media after taking a break.

Her husband, Chandler, posted a picture on Instagram of Bindi and their daughter, Grace Warrior.

She’s wearing a plaid shirt, jeans, and sneakers in the pic. Also, Bindi Irwin can be seen with a wonderful grin while holding the baby.

The photo drew comments from fans happy and excited about her return.

Now in June, Bindi Irwin made news by speaking about her strained relationship with her grandfather. She wrote on Facebook that the 82-year-old showed “no interest in spending time with me or my family.”

Her last post before Chandler’s picture was on June 21. Irwin shared a photo on Instagram of herself cuddling Grace and admitted she was “working hard” to protect her mental health.

“Hi guys, Just a note to say thank you for your support,” she wrote. “I’m taking a break from social media and most of my work in the public eye for a month to be with my beautiful daughter and my wonderful family.”

So she has returned to sharing moments of her life with those who follow her on social media.
