Bindi Irwin just updated fans on her daughter reaching a major growth milestone. Irwin, who is the daughter of Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin, has a daughter, Grace Warrior with her husband, Chandler Powell. We know, time flies!
Fans love it when Irwin posts family updates on Instagram, but Bindi’s most recent one is especially special. She posted a photo taken during her time on the Steve Irwin wildlife reserve with a heartwarming update.
“Time on the Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve is incredibly special,” she wrote. “While we’ve been here our beautiful girl has started to show teething signs. Early mornings and not much sleep for any of us. However, this little sunbeam smile makes it all worth it.”
Grace’s adorable smile is simply heart-melting. Soon, she may start to grow in some teeth. Bindi gave birth to Grace in March.
“She is SO cute!” one fan commented. “She brings so much joy to my feed whenever you post.”
“She’s so happy and so cute!” another person wrote.
It’s no surprise that Grace came with on the trip to the Wildlife reserve. If it’s one thing that the Irwin’s infamously love, it’s nature. So it makes total sense that Bindi Loves to take her child outside.
Whether it’s taking a stroll around the zoo or seeing new sights on vacation, Irwin has posted plenty of pics of herself and her daughter enjoying the great outdoors. This has to be one of the cutest, though the competition is fierce.
Bindi Irwin’s Father Influenced Her Daughter’s Nickname
Steve Irwin tragically passed away when Bindi was a child. His legacy lives on in some truly beautiful ways. IN an interview with The Bump, Bindi talked about how a nickname her father had for her influenced her own child’s nickname.
“My dad was the first person to create the term ‘Wildlife Warrior’,” Bindi said. “We’ve been referring to our daughter as our Baby Wildlife Warrior. I know in my heart that she will forge her own path to make our planet a better place.”
Another way Irwin’s legacy lives on in Grace is the amount of adventures the young baby gets to take. At a young age, Bindi was exposed to the beauty of wildlife and the outdoors along with the importance of protecting nature. Now, that’s being passed on to Grace.
“I always joke that if he was still here, we’d never see our baby because he’d take her on all kinds of adventures!” Bindi said of her father. But it appears that Grace gets to go on a bunch of adventures with her Mother. These outings are all an important part of Bindi’s parenting Philosophy.
“I want to give our daughter the opportunity to experience as much as possible in the world to set her up for life,” she explained.
So far, it looks like it’s working out wonderfully.
