“Blue Bloods” star Bridget Moynahan joined the legions of entertainment industry folks mourning for Halyna Hutchins. The renowned cinematographer died yesterday during an accident on set when actor Alec Baldwin discharged a prop gun that killed her and injured director Joel Souza.

Souza has since been released from the hospital, after getting hit in the shoulder. Hutchins died of her injuries after being airlifted to the hospital. She was only 42 years old.

Moynahan shared a screenshot of a news article announcing Hutchins’ death on her Instagram earlier today. The “Blue Bloods” star tagged Baldwin and Souza in the post as well as Hutchins.

“Shocking news from the set of New Mexico. Thoughts and prayers to all, especially to the friends and family of  @halynahutchins,” Moynahan wrote in her caption. Several people commented on her post with similar expressions of grief and sorrow.

“Awful…..my heart breaks for everyone,” one person said.

“So tragic. Sending out all the love…” another person wrote.

“This is the talk of New Mexico right now, where I live,” a different fan commented. “I’m about 45 minutes from Santa Fe, and this state is just so confused. I’m so sorry for her family and friends’ loss. Just heartbreaking,”

“Bezos” actor Armando Gutierrez also mourned for Hutchins on the “Blue Bloods” star’s post. Gutierrez worked with the cinematographer on the film “The Mad Hatter,” which came out earlier this year.

“We worked together on the mad hatter and always considered her one of the best Directors of Photography in the business. Very sad news,” Gutierrez wrote. He also shared a tribute to Hutchins on his Instagram Stories, writing, “RIP Haylna Hutchins one of the best DP’s we ever worked with.”

‘Blue Bloods’ Star Bridget Moynahan Posts Throwback Pic With Fellow Actress

“Blue Bloods” star Bridget Moynahan seems to have a thing for iconic throwback pics. Earlier this week, she posted one with the “Saved By The Bell” star Elizabeth Berkley. The two don’t seem to have starred in any films or shows together, but they’re longtime friends.

In the picture, the two stars dazzle in matching black jackets. Though Berkley accessorizes hers with a bright red scarf.

“Love seeing my dear friend @elizberkley pop up! #tbt #bowie #beauty #insideandout,” Moynahan captioned the post.

Berkley’s not the only star that Moynahan’s thrown it back with this week. The “Blue Bloods” actress also posted a throwback pic with Hollywood A-lister Natalie Portman. In the photo, the two look nearly identical. Their eyes, noses, and lips look uncannily similar, so much so that they could almost be twins.

“A throwback to a place far far away in time… the talented, intelligent and deep beauty @natalieportman  #tbt,” Moynahan wrote in her caption.
