Everyone deserves a chance to clean up their mistakes, right? That is the feeling in the latest social media post from the Blue Bloods Instagram account.

We are in the midst of Season 12 of Blue Bloods and there is most definitely a lot to think about. Episode 5, titled “Good Intentions”, just came out on Friday. In it, Jamie (Will Estes) and Eddie (Vanessa Ray) experience their share of marital drama after Eddie allows her recently released ex-convict father, Armin (Michael Cutler) to live with them. Being a pair of police officers, you can imagine how difficult of a situation that must be.

It’s that situation that has the show asking fans on social media if people deserve a second chance to clean up their mistakes. The official Blue Bloods Instagram account posed that question to fans of the show alongside a picture of Jamie, Eddie, and Armin.

“Everyone deserves another chance to clean up their mistakes. Catch up on the latest episode of #BlueBloods now on @ParamountPlus.”

‘Blue Bloods’ Fans Sound Off

Blue Bloods fans are always quick to let their feelings be known. There is no question about that. And that was the case yet again on Sunday as they took to the comments section to share who they believe should get another chance to clean up their mistakes.

“Including Jack, I hope! 😮” one fan said.

Of course, there are two prominent “Jacks” on the show. Jack Boyle is a defense attorney who was previously married to Erin Reagan (Bridget Moynahan). Jack and Erin share a daughter together, Nicky Reagan-Boyle. However, Jack comes across as arrogant and narcissistic and has never been well-liked by his ex-in-laws. There is also Jack Reagan, the oldest son of Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) and Linda Reagan.

Meanwhile, other fans have been wanting to see more of Joe Hill. Played by actor Will Hochman, Joe is the son of the late Joe Reagan. We met him right at the end of Season 10 but we have not seen much of him since then. Fans were hoping that he might be around full-time in Season 12.

“Yeah you’re right I want to see Joe Hill get in the picture,” one person said. Similarly, another fan left a comment saying, “How many episodes have we had and not one mention of joe! 😮”

Based on his face in the photo, an Instagram user said that Jamie Reagan might be skeptical about giving people another chance.

“Jamie doesn’t think so,” they wrote.

And finally, another fan shared a message that all of us can agree with.

“Blue Bloods was GREAT Friday night! Looking forward to this upcoming Friday. 👏👏❤️”
