Trailer for ‘Blue Bloods’ Season 11 Finale Gives Fans a Brief Peek at the Show’s Upcoming Drama

Ahead of the premiere of the season 11 finale of “Blue Bloods,” people behind the show shared a trailer. And, this trailer gave fans a sneak peek into what drama they should expect to play out on the May 14 episode.

The trailer includes Donny Wahlberg’s character Danny Reagan telling his father, Frank Reagan, some information that is not exactly happy news for the NYPD commissioner. The news has to do with Detective Joe Hill. Apparently, Hill has been working undercover at a stash house. Danny spotted him while he was investigating a homicide at the location.

However, Frank already knew what Joe Hill was doing. This was news to Danny and it appears that he doesn’t take the news all that well. And, to make matters worse, Jamie Reagan was in on the news.

In the trailer, Tom Selleck’s Frank Reagan tries to calm down Donnie Wahlberg’s Danny Reagan. Keeping Danny out of the loop was “nothing personal,” according to Frank. However, unsurprisingly, Danny is not all that consoled by Frank’s words.

To find out what happens after this encounter and to the Reagan family, you will have to tune in for the season finale of “Blue Bloods” on Friday, May 14, at 9 p.m. ET.
