“I don’t have a six-foot-four voice,” “Pop Culture” reported Tom Selleck told “People” magazine in 1984. “Directors used to tell me to either study voice or get out of the business.”

Frank’s father, Henry (Len Cariou) is a retired police commissioner himself. Frank has three sons, Danny, Joe, and Jamie; and one daughter, Erin. Frank’s sons all joined the NYPD police force, and Erin currently serves as the New York City Assistant District Attorney. Joe was killed in the line of duty.
