Bob Dylan fans finally have the perfect drink to pour while listening to “Rainy Day Woman” or “Blowin’ in the Wind.” The folk-rock star’s whiskey brand, Heaven’s Door, just came out with two new releases just in time for bonfire season. Grab some firewood and a rocks glass – and lock down a bottle while you still can.

Co-owned by the renowned singer-songwriter, Heaven’s Door whiskey marries the smooth, mature experience of good whiskey with the eclectic, groundbreaking styles of Bob Dylan. As true-blue fans well know, the vocalist has become a skilled artist. Most notably, Dylan twists iron into sculptures to reveal the world as he sees it. Not only does Heaven’s Door give Dylan fans the perfect spirit to pair with his best hits, but it also showcases his versatile, artistic abilities both in flavor and appearance. The bottle itself features some of his iron gate sculptures, demonstrating just how unique the brand is from other whiskeys.

The first of the latest additions to Heaven’s Door is the Cask Strength Single Barrel 2021. Part of a special collaboration with The Bottle Haus, this release is 124 Proof with a 62% ABV. Meanwhile, the second special release comes from the joint efforts of Bob Dylan and ReserveBar.com.

This variety is a Cask Strength Single Barrel Limited-Edition Straight Bourbon Whiskey. ReserveBar.com offers a gift set that includes red whiskey stones and the choice between velvet or leather pouch for storage. According to the listing, the whiskey stones “are made from the same iron ore material mined in Bob Dylan’s hometown.”

The site encourages drinkers to use the stones rather than ice chill their drink without having to water it down.

Bob Dylan Expresses Desire to Create American Whiskeys that ‘Tell a Story’

Of course, to the multi-talented artist, Heaven’s Door whiskey goes beyond taste. Ever the storyteller, Bob Dylan wanted to create an experience for whiskey drinkers that would reveal a bit of the nation’s history with each pour.

“I wanted to create a collection of American Whiskeys that, in their own way, tell a story,” Dylan said in a release. “I’ve been traveling for decades, and I’ve been able to try some of the best whiskey spirits that the world has to offer. This is great whiskey.”

Currently, Bob Dylan fans still have a chance to get their hands on the two new releases. In the past, Bob Dylan’s limited releases have sold out in a matter of days. Back in May, the singer’s whiskey brand released The Master Blender’s Edition. The product came from a collaboration with Redbreast Irish Whiskey. Fans of the singer-songwriter hardly had the chance to check the release’s availability before it left store shelves completely. Likely, the new varieties will have the same success.
