Candace Cameron Bure had a great time celebrating her 45th trip around the sun. On Instagram, the former child star and Hallmark queen shared several snaps and clips from her happy day.

In the video, followers can see Bure jumping up and down, exclaiming, “I see the box!” as her husband gets ready to present her with a gift. Valeri gifted his wife with a stunning white Dior handbag, which went perfectly with her ankle-length floral dress.

She also shared sweet moments shared with her children. In one snap, we see the Hollywood family smiling at the camera as if they’re amid a magazine photoshoot. Bure and her husband are parents to their three adult children: Natasha, Lev, and Maksim.

Even though her children are all grown up, Bure says she still worries about them as they enter a transitional period in their lives.

“My biggest parenting concerns, because I have older children, [is that] they’re at that pivotal stage in their life, graduating high school [and] starting college,” she said during a recent interview with Yahoo. “And these are big career moments and adjustments in their lives. Plan A is like, out the window. And so it’s really challenging as a parent of young adults to help them navigate their new lives because these are transitional years for them.”

Bure also described that the ongoing pandemic tested the family in ways she could never imagine. Bure and her husband have been married for 25 years, but according to Bure, the pandemic put a strain on their relationship.

“It’s taken a lot of self-reflection to realize that your kids are always watching … [the pandemic] has really put the spotlight on my own faults.”

Yet, Bure revealed that her children gave her strength to stay positive. “It got really hairy after the first few months, like bad,” she admitted. “All the things that we have avoided for years talking about, they all surfaced and they were in our face and it was unavoidable to actually have these discussions with one another and work through the real deal crap.”

She continued, “My children were the biggest influence in helping my husband and me work through it. And since then, the relationship has grown even closer and tighter. There’s always hills and valleys, no matter what. But when you come out of the valley, it is like, hallelujah. You feel like you can accomplish anything. And that’s what this pandemic felt like.”
