Candace Cameron Bure is a cool mom. You know the type. With a closet to die for and a picture-perfect family, I’ll hazard a guess that she’s always got the best pizza rolls and snacks stocked too. Living up to that cool mom title, she also makes use of various social media platforms to take part in the trends. Most recently, she took to her personal Instagram page to share her TikTok interpretation of the trending “Fancy Like” dance. The song comes from Walker Hayes, but also features Kesha.
Let’s Get Fancy
The video shows Candace Cameron Bure busting a move in what appears to be the living room of her impressive home. She keeps it simple with a gray top, white skinny jeans, and a black cap to top things off. Walker Hayes’ song plays in the background and the star is all smiles.
Yeah, we fancy like Applebee’s on a date night / Got that Bourbon Street steak with the Oreo shake / Get some whipped cream on the top too / Two straws, one check, girl, I got you / Bougie like Natty in the styrofoam / Squeak-squeakin’ in the truck bed all the way home / Some Alabama-jamma, she my Dixieland delight / Aye, that’s how we do, how we do, fancy like
Think you can copy those moves? Why don’t you take a look and give it a go:
Candace Cameron Bure’s Matcha Moment
Apart from her impressive dance skills, Candace Cameron Bure is an overall lifestyle icon. As a self-proclaimed “purist,” she centers her life around family, faith, and holistic wellness. She’s adamantly spoken out about the toxic side of Hollywood in the past, and she’s also not afraid to stick up for herself against those haters. So, how does the star keep her peace? Well, apparently matcha has something to do with it.
In a lengthy Instagram story from Wednesday, October 6th, Bure took fans alongside her morning routine. She said every morning starts off with matcha. She then went through the process of actually measuring it and preparing the drink. Bure likes to use a small amount of hot water to cover her matcha and then froth it before adding the rest of the steaming pitcher.
Although she knows that some people think “it tastes like grass,” she says there’s tons of matcha out there to pick from and one is sure to float your boat. When asked if she still drinks coffee, she actually surprised fans with a “no.” Turns out, coffee always made her feel sick and so she ended up giving it up about 2 years ago. She wraps up her “matcha moment” by saying it’s not an ad, she’s just really passionate about its health benefits.
