Carrie Ann Inaba, co-host of The Talk, released a cryptic and vague message Friday about embracing the unknown. She posted this as she is on a leave of absence from the show that has been embroiled in internal turmoil for months.

“Today’s tip of the day, or thought of the day, is to not be afraid of the unknown,” she says in the Instagram video. “For in it, lie gifts you never could have imagined.”

“Happy Friday Everyone! Do you need a little something to sink your soul into? Here’s the #tipoftheday 🙌🏻,” she captioned the post. “For the rest of my thought on this check out my stories… I share a little of my own experience with this… ✨🙌🏻✳️ Step our of your own ordinary… into the unknown… have you done this lately? Share below….”

Carrie Ann Inaba Inaba has been on a leave of absence from The Talk since April. The former Dancing with the Stars judge took a break from the show for health reasons that happened to coincide with the infighting amongst the other hosts. The leave happened just as Sharon Osbourne was being forced off the show for backing Piers Morgan’s controversial comments on Meghan Markle’s Oprah Winfrey interview.

Carrie Ann Inaba And Ex May by Reconciling

A day before her Friday post, Carrie Ann Inaba posted a series of photos of videos to Instagram to discuss a “wellness” trip she had recently taken. In several of the photos were her ex Fabien Viteri. She thanked him for mapping out their trip, and how his presence helped her heal.

“Went on a little journey to refresh the soul this past weekend,” she captioned the block of videos and photos. “🏕 Here’s a little photo video dump. 🥰 We were in nature… and there is no better medicine for your spiritual well being than a dose of Mother Nature. It was so nice to get out of the house and change up our routine. Living with so much less… and spending time- quality time with each other. We also tend to think that we don’t have time to take off, but can I tell you that I was more creative in my writing in those two days than I have been in a while. It just poured out of me… so for my creative friends out there, try a change of scenery… sometimes it gives you a creative spark…. In addition to the much-needed dose of wellness.

It’s unclear what Carrie Ann Inaba meant with her embracing the unknown photo, but it could as easily be about reconnecting with an ex-boyfriend, as it could be about leaving a perceived toxic work environment. Time will tell.
