Looking for some workout motivation? Country superstar Carrie Underwood has you covered.

It’s no secret that Carrie Underwood is an advocate for fitness. In 2015, Underwood partnered with Dick’s Sporting Goods to launch her line of activewear, Calia. Since then, she’s been contributing pieces designed for women both in and out of the gym. Most recently, Carrie released her book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life.

During an interview with Kelly Clarkson, Carrie shared that “everything in the book is about being approachable and real,” when it comes to creating fitness and healthy eating routines.

“At the core of what I do, I’m a working mom. I have a busy schedule taking kids to school and to whatever practices are going on – and just juggling like we all are. And we offer a lot of hacks and tricks to eating on the go. And making sure that you have some easily grabbable foods in your refrigerator and pantry that you can find anywhere,” said Underwood.

Now, Carrie is offering us even more fitness motivation with her most recent post on Instagram. Carrie shared a photo of herself getting ready for a run while wearing Calia apparel. Along with the photo, she wrote, “Ready. Stretch. GO! #chooseyour #staythepath @calia.”

Carrie Underwood Announces Calia Pop-Up Shops

Calia by Carrie Underwood has quickly become Dick’s Sporting Goods‘ second most popular women’s brand. In fact, the brand has performed so well, it’s getting three of its first retail pop-ups. That’s right, fans of the brand can now shop their favorite Calia apparel items in designated pop-up stores. The stores are located in Nashville, Austin and Santa Monica.

“It’s all about finding new, fun ways to keep things fresh and definitely, we want to see how things go,” said Underwood during an interview.

Underwood said that they chose the cities based on the brand’s “fan base.”

“We have a great fan base. I feel weird calling it a fan base, but we do get a lot of support from these areas,” she said.

As the lead designer for the brand, Underwood says that she’s all about the pockets (gurl, thank you!).

“When we have our design meetings, I’m like, ‘Where are the pockets? Where can I put my phone?'” Underwood said.

Carrie says that she believes the brand does so well because fans trust her. And they trust her because she truly is passionate about the clothing she designs.

“I feel this is a space I know and am comfortable with and can contribute to,” said Carrie. “And through all of this, it feels like people trust me because it’s a space I’m passionate about.”
