Chris D’Elia is vehemently denying two women’s accusations that he exposed himself to them. The comedian spoke out through his attorney on Wednesday evening.

Andrew Brettler, D’Elia’s attorney, spoke on behalf of D’Elia in a statement provided to USA Today. “D’Elia denies these allegations and emphatically states that he has never engaged in any sexual conduct with any woman without her consent,” Brettler said.

On Wednesday, two women came forward in an article published by CNN accusing D’Elia of sexual misconduct. They claim that the You actor exposed himself without their consent. The latest accusations come after previous allegations made in June that D’Elia exchanged inappropriate text messages with teenage girls.

Chris D’Elia Accuser, Actress Megan Drust, Shares Her Story

One of the women making accusations against D’Elia is actress Megan Drust. The Southern Comfort star says she offered D’Elia a ride home. While in the vehicle, Drust says D’Elia exposed himself and began masturbating in front of her.

“I had marked him as safe, which equals a non-threatening male,” Drust said. “He was friends with some of my friends, I had met him before. That’s what you do, at least that’s what I did, you mark certain people as safe.”

Once in the vehicle, Drust, who was 26 at the time of the alleged incident, claims D’Elia looked at her in “this really weird way.” She says he then began making “flirty small talk.”

“I was very confused because it just didn’t fit the moment,” she said. “Then he took down his zipper and asked me to touch him and I said, ‘What are you doing? No.’ And because I wouldn’t touch him, he started to masturbate. I couldn’t believe it.”

Drust said she then exited the vehicle in “survival mode.” After D’Elia finished, he got out of the car as well. Drust says she then “got back into my car, he shut the door and kind of just stood towards the hood and looked at me without saying anything and then just walked away.”

The Second Accuser Reveals Her Allegations

The other accuser, who chooses to remain anonymous, works as a hotel manager in Ohio. The woman claims that D’Elia stayed at the hotel where she works, and while there, called the front desk to request that someone fix the air conditioning.

When the woman arrived at D’Elia’s room, she claims the comedian opened the door while “completely naked.” She says she immediately left. However, D’Elia called the front desk shortly thereafafter.

“He told me I needed to come back upstairs to help with his air conditioner and I told him he would need to wait for the electrician the following morning and I hung up,” she said.

The woman says she later shared her allegations with two co-workers. The co-workers confirmed the woman’s story in the initial report.
