Social media users say if given the choice to expel one of the “famous Chrises,” they would choose Chris Pratt. One major reason for the widely held opinion on Twitter is due to many users believing that the Jurassic World actor is a Donald Trump supporter.

Earlier this weekend, the online argument started with a tweet from TV Writer and Producer Amy Berg, according to CNN. Berg tweeted pictures of Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pine, and Chris Evans-collectively known as the four “famous Chrises.” Berg’s tweet then writes that “one must go” and asks Twitter users to respond with their choices.

Several Twitter commenters chose Pratt as the one to go, citing his alleged support of President Donald Trump. Furthermore, others cited a claim that he is a member of an anti-LGBTQ church. The actor has denied the church claim, saying that nothing could be further from the truth.

“I go to a church that opens its doors to absolutely everyone,” he wrote on his Instagram in 2019, according to CNN.

The response came after actress Ellen Page called Pratt out regarding his church’s views.

He also wrote that his church supported him while going through a divorce from actress Anna Ferris. He is now married to Katherine Schwarzenegger. The couple has a daughter named Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt.

“Despite what the Bible says about divorce my church community was there for me every step of the way, never judging, just gracefully accompanying me on my walk,” he wrote. “They helped me tremendously offering love and support. It is what I have seen them do for others on countless occasions regardless of sexual orientation, race or gender.”

Pratt Garners Social Media Attention

Still, several social media users said Pratt’s views were their reasoning to “cancel” him from the four famous Chrises. Pratt is most famous for his appearances in the “Guardians of the Galaxies” movies.

“Pratt, the one who married Arnold Schwarzenegger’s daughter pretty soon after his divorce from Anna Faris became final,” a Tweeter writes. “And who hasn’t denied he attends Zoe Church which is famously anti-LGBTQ.”
