Duck Dynasty mom Korie Robertson took to social media early on Saturday evening to post a sweet photo of her and little Honey James.
Life is good for the Robertson’s. Back on May 11, Sadie officially gave birth to her first child, Honey James Huff. Since then, she has had to adapt to the life of a new mother. But it is nice that she has her own mother by her side to lean on whenever she needs to. And as most grandmas can probably relate, Korie Robertson will take the opportunity to love on her new grandbaby whenever she gets the chance.
Robertson, like the rest of the Duck Dynasty crew, uses her official social media account to engage with her fans and followers. And now that she is a grandma to the newest member of the family, she makes extra sure to post adorable photos. That is precisely what she did on Saturday.
In her most recent picture, Korie Robertson is laying out, and catching some rays. And all the while, her newborn granddaughter is sleeping next to her.
“SATURDAY 💛” Robertson wrote next to her latest photo.
Sadie even stopped by in the comments section to leave a message on her mom’s post.
“My angel baby 😍😍” Sadie Robertson commented.
‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Takes Daughter Out for ‘First Family Outing’
Little Honey James Huff made her grand entrance to the world just a couple of weeks ago, but she has already been out and about and stealing hearts. When she isn’t lounging around in the sun with grandma Korie, Honey has been out getting a feel for how the world works.
Just six days after giving birth, Duck Dynasty’s Sadie Robertson took her baby girl on her first family outing. The 23-year-old, along with her husband Christian, made a stop at Railway Coffee Shop to see Honey’s uncle, John Luke Robertson. And after that, the happy family made their way back to the hospital to surprise their delivery nurses with gifts.
“First family outing to @johnluke_robertson coffee shop and then on to the hospital to bring our amazing nurses and doctor some gifts,” the Duck Dynasty star wrote.
“Seriously, we couldn’t be more grateful for them showing us God’s love in how they served us with such grace and kindness at our stay! Making the most special time even more special. Doing your job for the glory of God makes a difference and they sure did make a difference in our lives!”
