‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Sadie Robertson Huff Introduces Her Friendly ‘Neighbor and Friend’

Everyone knows that family is everything when it comes to the Duck Dynasty family, but it turns out that neighbors are pretty important, too.

Sadie Robertson Huff has always had a way with words. She is a daughter, a sister, and now a new mother. But on Tuesday afternoon, she was just a neighbor and a friend to a little boy named Dylan. Where she normally posts heartfelt messages to her close family members on social media, that right was reserved for Dylan on Tuesday. Robertson posted a photo of her holding her daughter, Honey James. And standing next to them is her young neighbor. It sounds like he really wanted to take a photo with Sadie and Honey.

“‘Um excuse me, could I get in this group photo?’ My neighbor & friend Dylan,” Robertson wrote alongside a photo with the young boy and her daughter.

In addition to racking up nearly a quarter of a million likes, the cute photo drew a response from other Duck Dynasty family members. Two of them being Sadie’s younger sister, Bella Robertson Mayo, and their mom, Korie Robertson.

“Dylan is just an icon livin,” Bella commented.

“Love him!!” Korie said.

And finally, another fan left a message saying what we were all thinking: “Let’s hear it for Dylan. May we all have that confidence! 😂”

‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Has Been Dealing with Postpartum Anxiety

Sadie Robertson Huff seems like she thoroughly enjoys her interactions with her neighbor boy, Dylan. So much so that she even included him in her most recent Instagram post alongside her and her daughter. And you would never guess that she is dealing with anything based on the smile that’s always present on her face.

But the Duck Dynasty star has been dealing with some pretty intense postpartum anxiety. She opened up about how she has been feeling on a new episode of her podcast, WHOA That’s Good.

“I have struggled with anxiety for years, and even wrote a book called ‘Live Fearless’ because of my journey with anxiety,” Robertson said. “I’m constantly trying to fight fear in my life, but when I had her and I was going through that postpartum, it was like so many emotions happening that I couldn’t really fight the fear like I normally do.”

The 24-year-old star said that she was basically in a constant state of anxiety and that she didn’t realize “it was creeping up as much as it was.” She explained that most of her anxiety stemmed from worrying about the health of her and her daughter.

“Because Honey and I had the labor that we experienced, my mind kept going into the ‘What ifs.’ What if she didn’t actually end up coming out? What if I lost too much blood?’ It led me to ‘Is she really OK? Did she really make it through that? Did I really make it through that?’ And you know, that is such a toxic brain spiral.”
