‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Sadie Robertson’s Husband Is ‘Obsessed’ With Their Cute Family Photos

Sadie Robertson Huff’s husband is gushing over his adorable family. The “Duck Dynasty” alum recently posted a string of heartfelt photos, and her followers— and husband—are obsessed.

In the post published on Friday, the new mom posted photos alongside her husband, their dog named Harper, and their new baby girl, Honey. In the comments section, her followers were ecstatic to get a glimpse into their lives she the family embrace parenthood for the first time. However, it was clear who her number one fan is: her husband.

“Obsessed with these,” he wrote in the comments section of his wife’s post. Although the post was full of joy, Sadie Robertson has been open about her recent postpartum struggles.

In May, the 24-year-old welcomed a daughter, Honey, and revealed earlier in July that there were complications with the birth that should have left her daughter with injuries – though thankfully, both Sadie Robertson and Honey weren’t hurt.

During the latest episode of her “WHOA that’s good” podcast, she admitted that welcoming her daughter “didn’t all go quite as planned” due to the complications. However, thanks to trained medical staff and pain medication, she had a “false confidence” that later dissipated once she got home.

Sadie Robertson Tells All in New Podcast

“I was in more pain than I’d ever been in, honestly, in my whole life. For real,” she said, per “Entertainment Tonight.” “I just laid on the couch and I started crying so hard. … I could not stop crying.”

The “really, really bad” pain didn’t go away for over a month, she revealed during the podcast. To make matters worse, Sadie Robertson was dealing with her mental health struggles simultaneously.

“I’m constantly trying to fight fear in my life,” Robertson admitted. “Postpartum, it was so many emotions happening that I couldn’t really fight the fear like I normally do. All of the sudden, I was in a state of anxiety. I didn’t even realize that it was creeping up as much as it was.”

After undergoing the terrifying experience of giving birth, the real struggle came once she got home.

“My mind kept going into the, ‘What if this would’ve happened? What if it did last one more minute and she didn’t make it? What if… neither one of us made it? What if I lost too much blood? What if when they pushed on my stomach they actually severely damaged something internally, and I don’t even know I’m bleeding? What if the oxygen actually did get cut off for too long and she has brain damage?”

In addition, Chrisitan was also struggling alongside his wife. “What was crazy was I didn’t even know he was experiencing fear. He opened up to me and he said, ‘Actually, me too. It’s been hard for me. Watching you be in pain has been hard.”

Despite all the hardships, the couple overcame and have thus gotten closer and stronger because of it.
